North Avoca Beach and the surf life-saving club.
Step inside and you
will enjoy the attention to detail and comfortable facilities of this
beautiful holiday destination. Consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets,
3 showers (1 outside), a corner spa bath, front and rear furnished decks,
open plan lounge, dining and kitchen and fully fenced large grassed

Walk out of the driveway and a few steps will take you to the water’s
edge for a surf, swim, body board or paddle. Explore the rock pools,
canoe in the lagoon (about 5 minutes walk along the beach) or walk to
Avoca along the sand to see a movie, to wine and dine, shop or have an
ice-cream.
Terrigal is just a 3 minute drive for some boutique shopping
or take advantage of the numerous eateries and cafes. The backyard
of this home, with its shade trees and gardens is a great place to kick
a ball or just ‘chill out’ in peace and tranquillity.
